While waiting for Teddy, I happened to walk past Mum's Ngoh Hiang Cafe. I love that it's pet‑friendly too—they have a sheltered outdoor area with fans, so it's comfortable even on a warm day. Since I'm a huge fan of Ngoh Hiang, I knew I had to step in and give it a try. Once inside, I was completely spoiled for choice—I couldn't settle on just the ngoh hiang! Sadly, my top pick, the Mee Siam, was sold out. I'll have to come back earlier next time to grab it. I ended up ordering one of each: Sesame chicken with chap chye (absolutely divine!), Pork chop with rice.. ok Curry chicken, only available on Friday & Saturday. I also added extra ngoh hiang and meatballs to my takeaway box. Dinner sorted. Thanks, Mum's! Bag full. Heart fuller. Oh, and I found out they offer party sets too—just WhatsApp them at least 3 days in advance to place your order. Definitely keeping that in mind for my next gathering!
