As the sister restaurant to the well-regarded Kinki, Ginkyō offers a playful fusion of authentic Japanese flavors with contemporary, global twists. The menu is designed for sharing, featuring an array of small plates, baos, and sticks, alongside exclusives like the Ginkyō Crispies—bite-sized rice crispies with decadent toppings such as uni, caviar, and ikura. Patrons can also indulge in creative dishes from the raw kitchen, fresh sashimi and sushi, and unique offerings like Ahi Tuna tacos. This innovative approach to Japanese fusion cuisine earned Ginkyō the title of New Restaurant of the Year at the Chope Diner's Choice Awards 2024.
