Located at 72 Joo Chiat Place, Elijah Pies' flagship outlet resides within a beautifully restored Peranakan shophouse dating back to the 1930s. The 60-seat space was conceived by the design studio behind the acclaimed restaurant Odette, resulting in an ambiance that is both elevated and inviting. The interior pays homage to the area's heritage with Italian-carved travertine tiles laid in geometric patterns reminiscent of Peranakan motifs. The cafe offers a variety of seating arrangements, including a 10-seater communal table with a Lazy Susan, a private dining corner, and window seats, alongside a pet-friendly outdoor area complete with a water station. Elijah Pies presents a menu of artisanal sweet and savory pies, with several offerings exclusive to the Joo Chiat location. A highlight is the made-to-order Elijah's Soufflé Pie, which features a warm gianduja center. The flagship also introduces a series of Pizza Pies built on a croissant-style laminated dough, available in flavors such as Garlic Ebi and Truffle Croque. In a nod to its location, a Kaya Toffee pie is also featured. To complement the food, a selection of craft mocktails is available, and for customers with pets, the cafe offers complimentary dog biscuits and specially made "Pup Pies".
